Our "Cupper's Delight" Roast is a beautifully balanced cup of coffee with hints of chocolate, a bit nutty, a little citrus, and with a floral aroma. The "Cupper's Delight" roast temperature is exactly between our Medium roast and our Dark roasts. Some customers may know this roast as our "Tweenie" roast. Our Estate Grade is a mixture of #1 grade and Fancy grade beans. A Q-grader gave the ultimate compliment to our coffee with this roast that they could drink it all day, every day!

I've been drinking this roast since before it became widely available. It's the best you can get.
I had a pleasant chat with Darcy after the last shipment arrived. She's really taking care of the place and doing everything she can to ensure that we all get just what we like (yes, she really does know her clientele and their individual tastes). What a joy to do business with her.

Great coffee! I keep coming back to it after occasionally trying other types/brands.

I made an 8 cup French press at the office (26 oz of 200° water, 45 grams ground with a manual burr grinder) and brought the place to a standstill. They never had coffee so good and it kind of bewildered them.
It is very smooth with no hint of bitterness, very pleasant. I have had some bitter and acidic "100% kona" before and this was head and shoulders above that.
In addition, they had to delay shipment a few days to get it back from the roasters, for which I would gladly wait. But, they sent an extra pound and some samples!!! Very classy.
I will most definitely be ordering again.

I have purchased both the Estate Dark and "Cupper's Delight" a few times. While I LOVE the Dark Estate and usually only purchase dark, sometimes I enjoy a slightly less intense flavor. "Cupper's Delight" is the perfect balance for me now. I'll be buying the five pound bags from now on for the savings. Another bonus, Darcy is by far the nicest online retailer I have ever purchased from...maybe the nicest retailer period. Hopefully when I return to Hawaii we'll have the chance to meet.

I spoke with Darcy last year about her medium roast beans and she said I had two options: beans roasted at 408F and beans roasted at 426F. A friend and I tried both. We both preferred the 426F roast. We thought that it was much better balanced while the 408F was mostly "high notes". We felt that the 426F had more to offer. We're glad to see that more knowledgeable tasters agree. To be fair, you can't go wrong with the 408F roast.
