Product Description

Normally there are two beans in a coffee "cherry", but with Peaberry, it is a single, small, dense bean with an exquisitely, unique flavor.  Our Peaberry beans have a slightly fruity flavor.  Try it, if only to say you did!

    In Dec. 2007 we had the pleasure of meeting George Fike, touring the coffee farm and chatting with him for a long while. I bought five 1 lb. bags of dark roast peaberry that day; got home to NC and drank 4 bags (not in one day) and put the fifth in my freezer. Two weeks ago, we opened it and were amazed that it was absolutely delicious, after 7 yrs. So I ordered some more and sent it to some friends. So glad to know Fike Farms is still there. In my book, this is the standard against which all other coffees should be measured.

    What a treat! The dark roast peaberry is smooth and bold. I have been savoring every drop of your wonderful coffee and sharing it with friends and family over the holidays. The response, "May I have another, please?" I purchased a variety of Kona coffees to give as holiday gifts....rave reviews!

    Rich, full flavor without being bitter. I use a French press for the perfect cup of coffee.

    I brew my Dark Roast Peaberry in a French Press and drink it black, it is the smoothest tasting coffee i have had and there is no bitterness.Through the years I have tried a lot of coffees and this is the best, its not even close.
